Barrow Street exclusively invests in opportunistic real estate strategies in North America through the Barrow Street real estate funds and seeks IRRs on investments in excess of 20%.

Investment Strategies

Barrow Street's transactions to date include office, industrial, retail, apartment, manufactured housing, senior housing, private residence club (fractional), data center, entitled land, and residential condominium conversion investments in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, South Florida and California.
