In April 2007, Barrow Street formed a partnership with a leading national operator to acquire and reposition Cityplace Tower, a 42-story, 1.3 million square foot office tower located in the desirable Uptown submarket of Dallas, Texas.
The
partnership intends to reposition the property through extensive
capital improvements and to then stabilize the property through an
aggressive leasing campaign.Amenities to be added
include a state of the art fitness and wellness center as well as
on-site specialty retailers and restaurants.
