Barrow Street seeks to invest primarily in medium-sized assets which generally require $10 to $50 million of investor capital in addition to first mortgage debt. Investments are typically made in the form of direct equity investments and/or mezzanine loans, with investment periods of two to five years. Barrow Street's investment process considers and evaluates the following fundamental criteria and attributes when assessing the appropriateness of any opportunity.
